We specialist in producing diecasting parts of aluminum Alloy and Zinc Alloy , In 2010, an injection workshop was set up to produce injection parts. We have 19 die-casting machines, 5 injection machines, automatic drilling and tapping machine, infrared edge cutting machine, grinding line, processing center, and other supporting equipment. We also have our own tooling department with the capability of tooling design, production, and modification. At the same time, spectrometer, CMM, X-Ray flaw detector and other high-end experimental equipment are also available.
The company's main products are divided into three parts: auto parts, home appliances parts and medical parts. Among them, auto parts are matched with the top 500 enterprises in the world. From the earliest supporting OEM: General, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Shenlong, to Honda, Nissan, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and so on. Europe, America, Japan, China-made models and other companies have involved all-round supporting services for the automotive industry chain. In addition, our auto parts have been exported to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Brazil, India and other countries.
